Eligibility and Registration

1.1 Age Requirement

1.2 One Account Per Person

3.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

3.3 Withdrawal Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; or depositing ৳12,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 for a total balance of ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

To become eligible to withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times (10x). Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means a total of ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Bets on certain games may not count in full toward the wagering requirement.
• Each promotion may have its own additional specific terms.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the company reserves the right to cancel the bonus.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

The company reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotional offer at any time without notice. All bonus offers are for personal entertainment purposes only and apply once per eligible account.

Gaming Rules

5.1 Betting Rules

All bets on the winwinbd platform must be placed in accordance with the specified rules. A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet cannot be processed due to a technical issue, it will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

• Placing bets or playing games using bots or automated software.
• Bonus abuse or bonus hunting activities.
• Collusion or playing in coordination with other players.
• Exploiting any vulnerability or error in the system.

5.3 Technical Issues

If a game or bet is left incomplete due to a server outage, internet issue or any other technical reason, the company's decision will be considered final. In such cases the company may refund the bet amount or arrange for the game to restart.

The winwinbd VIP program has 5 tiers. Each tier provides a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

VIP tier assignment and changes are entirely at the company's discretion. The company reserves the right to change VIP program benefits at any time. Wagering requirements may also apply to cashback.
